Guest guest
What is the difference? I've been having some episodes where I have tightness, or fullness in my upper chest and I keep getting spit (slime) that I need to spit out. Is that stuck or just sliming? I also get hiccups with it. I was filled on Tuesday. I had 3 1/2 cc in the last time and this time he upped it to 4 1/2 cc. My doc gives no restrictions other than drinking water then and 20 min later before leaving. I left there and went to a chinese place. I had some egg drop soup and a few bites of protein type things, chicken, crab, etc.. All went well. For supper, I had nacho chips with cheese and taco meat on them. Went down fine, no problem. For snack, I had a low cal peach yogurt. It got stuck. I only had tea for breakfast on Wed and at lunch time, I got some chicken salad and imitation crabmeat. It got stuck. I had 2 pretzel crackers too. I decided to go on all liquid for 24 hours. I did that. Today at lunch time, I had 1 bite of mashed potatoes, 2 bites of turkey, 1 bite of stuffing 3 bites of green bean casserole, 4 baby brussel sprouts and 3 small bites of a small roll. All of that was 1 to 1/4 cup at most. Then I had 2 slim slices of coconut cream pie and lemon merangue pie without the crust. All together, they didn't equal more than 1/2 cup. There was a bit of a break between lunch and pie. No problems at all. I got full and stayed full for several hours. We ate at noon. Now at 10 till 5, I went out. I got a pretzel cracker and chewed it up while I was getting another one out to put some chicken salad on. Got stuck. I felt yucky and slimed a bit. A wee bit of pain. It passed then. So, am I stuck or sliming? At lunch, I ate the turkey first, as instructed by nut. Yesterday when I got stuck I had 3 or 4 bites of the imitation crabmeat first and I did feel a little weird on it. Then when I ate the cracker with the chicken salad, definately slimed. Oh, I also had 1/2 a pickled egg with lunch. All of the bites I had at lunch was small and so was the cracker I chewed up earlier. Would this mean too tight, or some foods I need to give up?
