I used to go to the gym and take supplements besides the whey protein and had a healthy diet, but i messed up with a crazy weekend previous to the attack. I didn't want they take my GB and decided to do the flush. I got rid of 700 stones( yes, i counted all), most of them green. Doctors told me to not eat fat neither protein because it becomes fat. However i want to go back to the gym, that is my life. It relieves me from my stressful life. I lost 15 pounds (i am 5'7, 153 lbs) and i am in my ideal weight now. Guys i want to go back to the gym but i would like to know if that is counterproductive or would have a boomerang effect if i take or consume proteins (beef, eggs, milk also) to do my workouts. Also i wonder if doing exercises would affect the movement of the stones and cause pain. Please, i need suggestions.
