Guest guest
HI Emory: Have you tried 'Apple Vinegar'. I have read it is good for reflux. But it very difficult to drink though. Also my 5-year old girl is also on Nexium. We are slowly trying to cut it down. She had sever reflux issues and her esophagtis lining was effected and was put on Nexium although we are not really happy about it. Thanks, Rajesh --- Emory Hutchison <hutch_54@...> wrote: > Dave, > What do you suggest to replace the nexium? I can not > live without it. Guest guest
The apple cider vinegar helps because it is an antifungal. Start with a teaspoon in a glass of water. If you want to or have to, you can add a teaspoon of raw honey to the mixture. I've tried it both ways and I actually like it better without the honey. Work up to a tablespoon in a glass of water, several times a day. Amber HI Emory: Have you tried 'Apple Vinegar'. I have read it is good for reflux. But it very difficult to drink though. > Dave, > What do you suggest to replace the nexium? I can not > live without it. I can drink water and get > heartburn. . Guest guest
Hi Raj, I have Barrett's Esophagus so I really need to make sure I control the acid reflux. I have also heard of apple vinegar. --- Sridevi Rajesh <raj_sri@...> wrote: > HI Emory: > > Have you tried 'Apple Vinegar'. I have read it > is good for reflux.
