Guest guest
My wife started snoring and so I did a little research on the subject. I did read that alcohol consumption and either weight gain or obesity (I don't remember which) supposedly contributes to snoring. Don't know if this is true or not. Have you tried the nose strips? Thought about suggesting them to my wife, but don't want to insult her!
Guest guest
Yup, have tried the strips and the throat rinse, both help minimually. Have tried different pillows and also use Astelin for nasal allergies but doesn't effect the snorning. Don't drink, not obese and when I did lose weight there was no change. Both can contribute to snoring. I would hope that you're wife would not be insulted. Your looking out for her and trying to help her sleep better. If it's minor, you may just need her to change positions. Unfortunatly my snorning has been deemed moderate to loud in all positions via a sleep study, but this is off topic. I was just tossing that info out there to show how insurance cos are. --- fjnie1234 <Fred.Niehaus@...> wrote: > My wife started snoring and so I did a little > research on the subject. > I did read that alcohol consumption and either > weight gain or obesity > (I don't remember which) supposedly contributes to > snoring.
