Guest guest
Ph is a rather complex subject..our blood ph is always within a very narrow range, if it is not, we are dead! The ph of our saliva, urine, lymph, cellular fluid may be slightly different to the blood ph.. so its hard to discuss an overall ph reading..I wonder does Dr Young make this clear? Our body will steal calcium from our bones to neutralise acid so that the blood keeps its critical ph balance. AJD
