Guest guest
Welcome, Jim! Many places are now doing banding of low-risk people in outpatient surgical centers, and releasing them in a few hours if all is well and they meet set criteria. The studies show this is fine, and a good way to be cost-effective while still giving good patient care. Lots to learn and change to do well with banding - and we'll all be happy to share our perspectives and experiences. There are lots of documents in the files, database and links here (on the left side of this message page) . All is generally-accepted band info, but a few things may differ a bit from whatyour doc thinks. feel free to ask about any differences. Glad you're with us1 Sandy r > > I had my surgery 7:30 Fri. morning, released from center @ 10:30 am. > Preaty fast, but I have had a good day. Spent day drinking water, > walking and sleeping.
