Is this too scientific a question for this group?

Seems like these posts are confusing me as well as enlightening

because they don't always clarify what people are using or

recommending. Is there a difference, and if there is, what is it.

Both chemically and results-wise. TIA

Lugols is a liquid and iodoral is a pill form of the same solution.

Potassium Iodide is the foundation of the Lugols solution. Lugols & Iodoral

are the same just one is liquid and the other is pill.
