Good heavens. I listened to that twice to be sure I heard him correctly. He

said that if we went down to 6.9 on the pH scale, " you would go into cardiac

arrest. " Holy cow, I've been down to 5.0 and never gone into cardiac arrest.

This makes me doubt the rest of what he had to say.

He is talking about serum levels and it is absolutely correct. largest problem

with osteoporosis in our country is the over acidification and the need

therefore to leach a positively charged mineral out to maintain serum ph. An

alkaline diet and maintaining proper ph is one of the most important aspects to

diet and lifestyle within our culture. It does however include a lot more than

just the water we drink. -D
