I've tried to gather all the advice I've read over the last two

weeks, and formulate an itelligent approach to all of this. Keep in

mind, I have adrenal fatigue and hypo. I scored a 72% on the iodine

loading test. I tried iodoral, but it is too strong for me right

now. All of this done in conjunction with ND. At this point,

however, is where I have issue with his suggested treatment. I agree

DHEA is helping me, but other than that he says only

vitamins/minerals for a while. Maybe I'm impatient?? I just want to

see if you all notice any obvious flaws in my logic. THanks.

" PLAN B "

1ST WEEK:

1. Treat adrenals

Option 1: Continue with DHEA (2 in the am) and add Phosphatidyl

Serine at night. If this doesn't work:

Option 2: Start with Hydrocortisone (20mg/day). 10mg in am, +4

hours another 5mg, +4 hours another 5mg

2. Continue estrogen (research later-necessary?), pregnenolone,

vitamins

2nd WEEK:

1. Continue adrenal treatment as above

2. Add iodine again in form of kelp pills, 330 mcg iodine, start

with 2

3rd WEEK:

1.Continue adrenal treatment as above

2.Continue iodine, upping dose slowly

3.Add Armour for thyroid

a.Start 30mg (1/2 grain)

b.Increase ¼ grain every 2 weeks till 3 grains
