Sounds like you'd be a good candidate for Pilates exercises. Yes, men can do

them, too. Excellent for the stomach area.

I read that poor muscle tone may keep the gallbladder from emptying

completely. The presence of residual bile may promote the formation of

gallstones. That kinda makes sense in my case. I have poor posture

and weak stomache muscles. I am working on both. I am also taking

exercise more to heart. Mike t.

I do both and I find them to be very different. Yoga involves stretching and

holding a pose. Pilates involves more muscle work. I just bought a new Pilates

DVD that came with a wide strap to help with the movements and that really

engages the muscles. You can tell you had a workout afterwards.
