I read that poor muscle tone may keep the gallbladder from emptying

completely. The presence of residual bile may promote the formation of

gallstones. That kinda makes sense in my case. I have poor posture

and weak stomache muscles. I am working on both. I am also taking

exercise more to heart. I've been doing this for the past couple years

and I have no definative proof, but I do seem to feel better and I have

had no more attacks. I'm just aware it is not causing any more

problems. Thanks, Mike t.
