But lately, since I've had no further problems with my GB, I take one tablet with breakfast and one in the evening, just as a preventative. A few times, I've felt a little discomfort in the GB area, so I've taken 2 tablets then, and have been fine. Amber Also, only take AF Beta food a few times a week not with every meal. .
