Guest guest
I started taking Curcumin capsules some time back because I read that it is supposed to help protect against Alzheimer's. I've lost 5 close family members to that disease and am doing everything I can think of to protect myself, including exercise. I was debating about continuing to use it, but after reading your note about it, perhaps I should continue. Thanks. Amber Turmeric extract (curcumin... not cumin) is the premier anti inflammatory. -Dave .
