All day yesterday I was dead tired....kind of tired that screams hypothyroid. Then nightsweats off and on from around 2am- 4am. So I'm not getting enough sleep anymore with this. This new iodine go-around has been the last 4 weeks of 2-3 lugols drops in apple cider vinegar. No a single bit of constipation this way. I'm doing 300mgs of Mg at night. Anymore and I get weird heartbeats. So far it doesn't seem to matter what kind of Mg I use although I've not yet tried Elaine's oxygenated type as I'm no longer constipated. (got severly constipated on the Iodoral) I using a bone based ca supplement (also getting a fair amount of additional mg from that). And bone soups with greens so seems like my Ca supply is taken care of . I'm curious if anyone else is having similar problems......
