Guest guest
What do you take for nausea? What do you take for bloating? What does the Milk thistle do? What does the A-F beta do for you? thank you Angie
Guest guest
Hi Angie, Milk thistle is a very good herb for the liver. It helps to detox the liver, and I believe it also helps to thin bile. A-F BetaFood is a very good supplement that lots of people take to thin the bile and keep the gallbladder functioning. A-F is made by Standard Process. Another good supplement is BileMin, which is what I use because I have an irritated esophagus and can't tolerate the A-F. By the way, my practitioner told me to take a gallbladder supplement about 1/2 hour before eating. It's more effective this way. Or, if you forget, you can take it 1 hour after eating. The bloating and nausea are probably happening because your gallbladder is sluggish. If you can get it to " wake up " a little, then those symptoms may ease up. Take care, Margh ----- Original Message ----- From: admilby@... gallstones Sent: Wednesday, February 20, 2008 9:10 AM Subject: Okay here goes! What do you take for nausea? Guest guest
If you can afford to keep it, I would hang on to the dandelion root. BileMin includes this herb. It's supposed to be excellent for the GB. Just experiment to see what dose is best. In fact, I'm planning on buying some. www.illnessisoptional.com carries all these products.
