Guest guest
HI, I'm new, and I've been doing monthly liver flushes for the last year. I took gold coin grass for a month before I started and switched to more " flush friendly " foods. I have a question. I had read that I could expect large amounts of stones to flush out. THis has not been the case for me. They do come out, but just a handfull at a time. Also, they have remained bright green, and I was under the impression that eventually older stones, of a different color due to age, would emerge. I've probably gotten out 4- 500 small stones in the past year. AFter every flush I feel relief from pain and pressure for a few weeks, and then the pain is back. That tells me it's time to do another one. The flush process has become very easy. I look foreward to the peacefull process. I'm wondering if others have this experience, or do I have some blockage that restricts the process? I am dealing with lyme related infections and wonder if that causes swelling in the liver.
