Guest guest
Complete agreement. Antifungals for sinus infections depending on the strain may be effective in knocking down the invader. However in most cases of chronic reoccurring sinus infections the environmental balance is the root issue to get handled. This is one of the reasons in a relatively high percentage of sinus situations that the avoidance of dairy may be helpful. Dairy can (but does not necessarily) create a mucous environment in some individuals. It is the same type of thought process. Because some individuals have an allergy or sensitivity to dairy and therefore a contributing factor to their sinus issues does not mean that dairy causes sinus issues! There are plenty of cultures that consume large quantities of dairy per capita but have rather low incidences of chronic sinus problems. It is the inability to properly digest/assimilate/metabolize the dairy that is the root issue in some individuals. Those with gallbladder dysfunction are at a bit higher risk of improper dairy digestion. I have seen plenty of people with dairy digestive disorders straighten the digestive process out and start reconsuming dairy with no outwardly detectable dysfunction. -D ----- Original Message ----- From: Amber <mailto:amber@...> Gallstone Group<mailto:gallstones > Sent: Monday, January 28, 2008 10:38 AM Subject: All I'm saying is... All I'm saying is that, if a person has a health issue, they may want to try antifungals first. Cheap and very often effective. If that doesn't work, they can always go the medical/prescription/surgery route. I think that's enough said. Try it, you might like it. I'm not going to keep butting heads about it. It's just a suggestion. Some people here will probably go ahead and try it and might benefit. Others won't, and it could be their loss. Doesn't matter to me. I'm simply trying to help. Fortunately I have been able to help some people and it's very rewarding. Amber
Guest guest
>Complete agreement.> Whew! >Dairy can (but does not necessarily) create a mucous environment in some individuals.> I think I'm fortunate that dairy doesn't bother me (because I like milk), however, I evidently cannot eat a hard boiled egg again. They don't bother me in cooked custard (which I also enjoy), so I guess I'll get my eggs that way. Amber .
