Guest guest
Well, I have gallstones, a hiatus hernia with occasional reflux and *nasty* IBS-D. But one of my gallstones is 4.1 cm across so I'm afraid to try flushing. I think I'd like to try this Gold Coin Grass that I've read about on this list. I don't think I've been tested for H. pylori. Guest guest
I have Hiatal Hernia too and I had fixed it with Chiro doc but it was up again in few months.I think it was the result of bloating and constipation. Later I found out how to fix it with massage and I use it very often now. Last endoscopy showed that it is very small now. Doc said it can`t be the reason for reflux anymore. If you want to know how to do massage or find doc you can contact me privatly.
