Guest guest
Most definitely. You can do a search on this forum for my latest posts. My last GB flush went amazingly well. I can now eat organic cheese sandwitches on multigrain with no adverse reactions! Ive had an allergy to dairy all my life. Wasnt breast fed either which im sure played some role in my allergies as well. Guest guest
What kind of allergy to dairy have you had?
Guest guest
I got reactions to both the Caesin and the Lactose in dairy. Which explains why I still felt sick years ago when I tried that lactose free dairy. It caused inflammation systemically including stiff joints, cracking spine, puffy and watery eyes, immense fatigue to the point where I had to go to sleep. I didnt have a choice it totally knocked me out sometimes. Most of the time it was just moderate fatigue which would stop me from doing some daily activities. It also caused lots of congestion including sinus and ear trouble. I've heard that dairy can trigger phlem production and certain fungi love that environment. Guest guest
I used to get sinus infections at least once, usually twice a year. And I would have sinus trouble the rest of the year. I mistakenly had sinus surgery 8 years ago. One of the biggest mistakes of my life. The surgery caused tinnitus, a whole other story. The surgery didn't help. It wasn't until the year after my surgery that I learned that dairy can cause sinus problems. I experimented by eliminating 80% of my dairy intake (today, I don't consume any) and my sinus problems went away! I have never been sure what it is in dairy that causes sinus problems, but it doesn't matter! I am cured.
Guest guest
Thats great! I had essentially the same experience. All kinds of sinus trouble when consuming dairy. I have none now. I also noticed that the systemic inflammation went away as well since eliminating dairy. Although I had a cheese pizze 2 weeks ago it was yum and no adversereactions thanks to liver flushing. =) Have a great day fjnie --- In gallstones , " fjnie1234 " <Fred.Niehaus@...> wrote: > > I used to get sinus infections at least once, usually twice a year. > And I would have sinus trouble the rest of the year. > > I mistakenly had sinus surgery 8 years ago.
