Guest guest
I have Hashi's and adrenal issues. Am taking Armour (3 gr) and Isocort and Perque (adrenal support) along with what seems like LOTS of supplements. I have not taken any form of iodine yet. Here's my question: I just ordered and got an apple cider vinegar supplement to take along on my trip to CA this week (so I wouldn't have to worry about trying to figure out how to take the liquid form with me) and it has kelp (74mg) - along with grapefruit fiber (30mg), B6 (7mg), Chromium (200mcg), Soy lecithin (200mg), glucomannan fiber (100mg). I know the soy lecithin isn't the best for hypoT, but I felt like I needed to keep taking some form of apple cider vinegar when I am on my trip. (I am taking it to try to alkalize my body and to hopefully help with the 17 boils on my face...have been reading up on it at curezone.com and earthclinic.com, among other places) Is the general consensus that kelp is ok when you have Hashi's?
