I mix 1 tablespoon with hot water and it forms a thick liquid that once you get use to it it is not bad to drink. You have to stir for a minute or so until the flax dissolves. I mix equal parts of the Flax meal, Slippery Elm and also psyllium seed husks. Great for the colon and stomach and whole system.
