Hello Lysa,

I think I can offer you some help with the liver thing. You asked why a

liver diet when the liver is not involved, but that is not so. The liver

is very much involved.

Be thankful you can not afford your GB out. That is the worst thing you

can do. IF you remove it that does not stop the problem. Your problems

are actually just beginning without end. If you remove it, then the

stones have to store somewhere and that is where the liver comes into

play, they find lodging in it. Yes, the body has to dump them some where

so the liver is the only place to do so.

Now I have dealt with this problem most of my life but I have learned

how to help myself with it.

I cut out all greasy foods, chips, greasy Mexican food, (which I dearly

love but does not love me), all cheese, dairy, I occasionally eat an egg

but I mostly poach it for 3 minutes. I dont use butter, Crisco, or any

hard fats, I can't even use the cacao butter or coconut butter. I make a

fudge with the coconut butter and eat it occasionally too.

I learned to tell myself these foods were poison to me and I was able to

leave them alone. Soda is very bad for the GB/liver. Besides it

dissolves the calcium in your bones. I mainly drink water and make

smoothies with almonds, walnuts, and add fruit, greens, nuts, and blend

till smooth.

But the liver is very much involved with the Gallbladder.

If you have any questions you would like to further ask me please feel

free to do so.

Regards,
