I have just been reading above forum, is the same as our's, is it

connected?

The other thing , I realize I am supposed to eat a diabetes type diet

but I can't find anything on this site about it. High protein low

carb diet . AlsoI keep reading I should take vit c in high doses and

other vits. If I were to take everything I'd never stop. Can anyone

suggest which is a good selection. I am just on adrenal support (HC)

at the moment and will go onto to Armour soon.
