Guest guest
A diagnosis of degenerative disc is like one for fibromyalgia. Conditions that they do not know what causes nor what to do about most of the time so they curse you by telling you they are incurable and you are destined to a slow miserable exit from life. This is a beautiful example of what these " worthless " flushes and diet and lifestyle changes can be for someone. Of course it is all just placebo effect or in possibly in cases like this a " misdiagnosis " , because the gods of medicine know everything about the human condition and if they tell you it one way, it has to be. I have seen hundreds of people with " degenerative disc " become completely pain free. The diagnosis was not wrong, just the prognosis. Don't give up. Continue until you find the person who understands your spine in particular and is capable of resolving it. That neurontin is nasty stuff. -Dave ----- Original Message ----- From: xairai18<mailto:xairai18@...> gallstones <mailto:gallstones > Sent: Friday, March 28, 2008 6:36 AM Subject: Success! In 2002, like 6 yrs later, I did the series of Hulda 's cleanses, beginning w/paracleansing, than the flush after 2 wks, para for two more, than flush, continued flushing like 4 or 5 more times two weeks apart. Ate right, changed everything...Symptoms disappeared almost immediately, bit by bit the weight lifted! Took close to 2 months. Free at last! Guest guest
Hi xairai18, I am sorry to hear about the DDD, but I am glad you tested negative for fibromyalgia. My husband was also diagnosed with that problem several years ago and is now free of it. Healthy eating and a few liver cleanses, later. I would just like to point out that it is not just gallstones that cause disease. Gallstones are only a byproduct of an toxin filled liver that is clogged. The stones form when the liver is plugged up and can no longer get rid of debris and that is when the bile thickens into sludge and stones. Clean the liver and a myriad of illness will go away. I just don't want anyone to focus on gallstones when it is more likely the liver that is the cause. Guest guest
Obviously you have not seen a fibromyalgia patient who is totally crippled. Fibromyalgia is crippling by excercises that is what happened to me. I was doing physical therapy and it left me completely crippled. Fibromyalgia makes our bodies go out of shape and I don't think it's totally due to lack of excercises. I had the body of a teenager at 45 years old before I got fibromyalgia and used to excercise with weights. I was in top shape. Patients with Fibromyalgia will become cripped my washing dishes. I know this from first hand experience. I also had to park and sell my truck that had no power steering and no power brakes because it was leaving me completely crippled. A truck that I drove for ten years. Prior to that I also drove a truck with no power steering and no power brakes so there no reason for my arms to have become completely crippled. I could not even use my computer and expecially not the mouse. Inflammation is real too. I started taking an herb about a month ago and the inflammation on my entire body is way down that I am now wearing smaller clothes but my weight is still the same. Please don't jump to conclusions without having first seen a crippled patient of fibromyalgia. Believe it or not there are some very smart researchers and physicians that have discovered this crippling disease although they don't have a test for it yet. What about toxic pollution of all sorts, trauma, hate, anger, jealousy, rape, sexual harassment, sexual assault, murder, automobile accidents, drug abuse, alcholosism. Post traumatic stress disorder is not caused by diet. What about electricity, computers, cell phone pollution. What about noise pollution. We are constantly being bombarded by all sorts of things. Guest guest
Good points, Paris. Not only is diet not " everything " , but the Hallelujah acres is advocating vegetarianism for life. I find vegetarianism to be good for a time if the body needs a serious rest from abuse of all types, since it takes more energy to digest meat and animal products. On the other hand, a healthy body gets more good nutrients and energy from " pure " high quality animal products than it uses to digest and assimilate them. The liver and gall bladder need the oils, fats, and proteins from the animal products to be healthy and maintain us healthy. It goes without saying that I'm talking about products raised without synthetic hormones and other chemicals, which we don't need any more of Best Regards, Vince > > > Diet is everything in health. Guest guest
Paris, A healthy diet is the foundation for a healthy life. You can't eat trash and expect to be able to deal with all the negative things you listed that can happen in life. We can compare ourselves to a car. In order to go anywhere in the car you have to have the right fuel, anything else will mess up the engine and leave you sitting, put in the right fuel (of course the mechanical parts have to be working) and you will be able to drive your vehicle carrying all the burdens and good things, but you are not going anywhere without the the right fuel in the tank.. And as for being a vegetarian, I was raised on a farm, had lots of fresh meat all the time but once I gave up the meat(forced to) I felt better that I ever had in my life and I'm over 50. There is a book called 'The China Study' by T. Colin , the book is a real eye opener. So this is what works for me. Believe me I did not want to give up animal products. Guest guest
When I suffered fms, your description hits it. Dishes, stirring, the mouse. Simple tasks, felt like wearing armor. And I exercised, prior and during this time, even though it was torturing. Up for 10 minutes, down for hours. For years. Sun made me sick, noise, even suffered at an Ozfest. My symptoms began after first c-section. For years, wanted more kids, but that pain was set, and I didn't think it was wise. When I began the paragone (it had the 3 herbs in it), I immediately felt the difference, beginning with using the mouse. Armor lifted some. I ended up loving the sun, moshing, jumping, running- things I hadn't done in a long time. Had another baby. Just that short time of cleansing and a couple maintenance hits every year changed my life. Diet plays a big part, pollution, stress. When you cleanse, it's best to rest and take care.... I wish I have more time to read and rest. Life has been full of appointments and events, I thought it would slow down by now. I want a break. Hear me roar! Best wishes to you all- thanks for encouragement...it's hard to find anywhere else. People all hear my story and I show them books and links, but they won't do it, some even say it's crazy... Guest guest
Thanks for your feedback. I do appreciate it. Anything anyone has to add about how they cured their Fibromyalgia is welcomed. I do eat the very best I know how. Have never abused my body in any way with alcohol, tabacco, illegal drugs, etc. Have always taken care of my body and eaten plenty of vegestables and I still got this desease. In fact when I first started getting sick, the students in my classes were wondering why I was getting sick if I was eating raw vegestables and no junk. Apparently, everyone watched what I ate everywhere I went because I was so fit. I personally think we also get sick from lack of love. Not enough about love is discussed. Mostly to diet is discussed. Maybe diet is always brought up because we're control freaks and that is the only thing we have control over. We can't control anything else. Diet is a great place to start to have control over our health. We wouldn't be here if we weren't sick, so it is a good thing we are. Being sick gives other people a way to earn a living too when we buy their products or their services. I just hope that every one gets a clear message to be nice to each other to avoid making each other sick. There is a great lack of love and respect in the world. We would have better food on our tables if it weren't for greed. Hormones wouldn't be added to our food in the first place if humans cared about other humans and animals. Thanks for listening and thanks again for everyone's feedback. LOVE paris VR <new_man85@...> wrote: Good points, Paris. Guest guest
I agree. Apparently, the symptoms are very similiar. Patients are being misdiagnosed. I got my fibromyalgia IMMEDIATELY after I suffered a serious injury so I am confident with the diagnosis. I can see that everyone here is very smart. I am very interested in knowing how you finally cured it. Hope to hear more from others. Guest guest
Yes, I agree totally that diet makes a big difference. All I am saying is that it isn't everything. And diet alone is not going to keep us healthy. I believe in eating whatever is right for each person. No diet fits well with everyone. Some people claim to feel better eating carbs. Others feel better eating meat. I know what my body prefers and I stick with that. I'm around old people all the time. And believe me they are not past 80 because they eat vegestables. My own mother is almost 80 and I have never seen her eat a salad ever!! She has never had the health problems I've had. She has been very healthy all of her life. She has no deseases. The only medication she is on is Thyroxin. I've eaten a raw salad almost everyday since the early 80s. I feel better eating raw vegestables. I cannot digest grains. I have to watch what I eat or I pay the price for it if I don't. My own mother doesn't have to be careful with what she eats as I do. It is puzzling to me how some people are in their 80s and 90s living active lives and still driving their vehicles all over the place on very little fruits and vegestables. There are a lot more people living past 60 in today's world and it isn't because they eat vegestables. LOVE Paris gingsong@... wrote: Paris, A healthy diet is the foundation for a healthy life. Guest guest
I dont know about that. Has your fiance heard about every vegetarian? Besides I believe that the teeth of a chimpanzee are very similar to our own and they dont regularly consume meat. There are pockets of people all over the world where the average lifespan is around 100 years of age. They are all vegetarian. Certainly north american vegetarians have more toxins, heavy metals and possibly nutrient deficits thanks to lousy food quality here. Maybe thats why he doesnt know of any vegetarins that live above 100? A great book is " Cleanse and Purify Thyself " books 1 and 2. Dr is now a retired Naturopath who has compiled over 120 clinical studies on eating red meat and various forms of cancer. http://www.cleanse.net/index.asp?PageAction=Custom & ID=42 I agree maybe that humans should be eating meat but we are most certainly eating WAY too much. Eating meat every day is too taxing on health and the volume of meat eaten in one sitting is crazy. Meat contains no fiber or electrolites which just so happens what most people are deficient in. Meat also generates an acidic environment which can be a breeding ground for various types of infection. Another great book which talks about people all over the world including atheletes are thriving on a veg diet is Robbins. The heir to the Baskin Robbins ice cream empire. He gave up his inheritance because he saw numerous people develop heart disease and stroke at very young ages (40s and 50s) and equated it back to high volumes of meat and dairy. " Diet for a New America " is his book and it outlines various studies including a bunch on athletic performance. Eating a vegetarian diet improves athletic performance especially in the endurance department when eating a veg diet. In health, Brad > > > > > > Diet is everything in health. Guest guest
I don't understand what giving up his inheritance has to do with him seeing people develop heart disease. Did he donate the money to an organization to study heart disease? Amber Another great book which talks about people all over the world including atheletes are thriving on a veg diet is Robbins. Guest guest
No, the inheritance went to other people in the family not him apparently. He fundamentally disagreed with selling sickness through is fathers empire. If you read his books you'll understand more about the guy. Very interesting stuff. Guest guest
If you want to learn more about animal crulety and especially if you want to get off all animal flesh, read: VEGAN, MAD COWOBODY and of course DIET FOR A NEW AMERICA by Robbins. He's really a hero in my book, to give up being heir to the Baskins Robbins fortune for following his passion of teaching others. Also all the FIT FOR LIFE books are good. Amazon books always has a great deal on books! Simple tasks, felt like wearing armor. And I exercised, prior and during this time, even though it was torturing. Up for 10 minutes, down for hours. For years.
