Hi, sorry havent been on here for a while - been very low again.

Am doing NP Tech adrenal test again today - am normally on 6 NAE - only

took 2 yesterday morning and none obviously today.

Is that okay or should I leave it longer before taking test and not

taking any supplements? Do not want to waste my money...

Am taking Armour as normal today - is that okay too?
