As anybody used Nigari flakes, bought here: www.naturalimportcompany.com , as a source of magnesium?Someone on another list swears by it:"I have taken many forms of magnesium for many years now and oral ingestion of magnesium cannot touch this."He uses about a cup in his hot bath water and soaks for 20 minutes.Pamela
