Guest guest
Heh looo- sorry this is long http://www.drhuldaclark.org/therapy_liver.asp I'm the one who was diagnosed w/fibromyalgia (incurable), back in like 1996. In 2002, like 6 yrs later, I did the series of Hulda 's cleanses, beginning w/paracleansing, than the flush after 2 wks, para for two more, than flush, continued flushing like 4 or 5 more times two weeks apart. Ate right, changed everything...Symptoms disappeared almost immediately, bit by bit the weight lifted! Took close to 2 months. Free at last! It's now been 6 years- Only free for 3 years, I've been in a car wreck in 05, so I just now started seeing a doctor back in 07. My back, diagnosed degenerative disc disease, arthritis. OK< He tested me for fibromyalgia (I didn't know they do that now w/blood lab). I TESTED NEGATIVE!!!!! I'm so thankful that's gone- this means that doctors either misdiagnosed me and it was gallstones causing sooo many problems, or this indeed cured it. My opinion, do cleanse AT LEAST ONCE A YR and especially eat right! I'm so junk food indulged right now, I seriously need to try harder- last time I flushed was in 03!!! It was much harder to do, I haven't tried again since! But I'm wondering, maybe I can do it twice(one month at least)..I wake up in such extreme pain, doc. gave me neurotin to help keep me sleep, when I roll over I wake up and can't sleep cause the pain. Not a pill person, but the meds helped at first. They still help me sleep, but mornings are a !*#^h! When I do the liver flush, I'm wondering when to take my bedtime dose of neurotin. It's supposed to be taken with food, too! Take it with the grapefruit/olive oil smoothie??? I want to find if Hulda has info on deg. disc??? I went from being bedridden to being extremely nervous, if I lay down I'm boned!! No rest! I'll be back, hopefully with good news.
