Hi,

I personally use grapefruit juice as it tastes much better than lemon

juice and really makes the oil mixture taste a lot better. I use 1

grapefruit with half a cup of olive oil, but I also use the magnesium

sulfate (epsom salts) in there proper doses before and after. ( the

recipe) The day should be fat free and no food after 2 pm.

I do this cleanse and follow it up with the Master Cleanse which is

lemon juice, maple syrup, and cayenne for 10 days. I usually repeat the

gallbladder cleanse every 2 weeks with a mini MC for 4-5 days until the

bile flows dark pea green - about 2 months. Almost all my health

problems, aches and pains have been irradicated by doing this a couple

of different times in the past 4 years. I do not have will power when

it comes to eating right and I seem to need to repeat this procedure

every couple years.

I think I may try the grapefruit juice, G. This recipe sounds like a good one.

I have asked this question before, and so far I haven't gotten an answer: Has

anyone with a sensitive esophagus done a gallbladder cleanse? If so, how was

it? Did you have to make any modifications to get through it?

I am experience a GI issue right now (which prompted me to join the GERD group a

few weeks ago). So far, I feel a bit better, but I'm too irritated to do a

cleanse right now. But as soon as I'm better, I am mentally much more prepared

than I was last year to do the cleanse. I think what helped me turn the corner

on this was that a few weeks ago I did some daily doses of 1 tbsp each olive oil

and lemon and had some good results. However, my GI tract was already irritated

and that made things worse.

Thanks in advance for any ideas/comments!

I just read about a protocol for GERD developed by a Brasilian Dr. that has had

a 92.5% success rate in resolution of symptoms. Unfortunately it was in an

office and I could not write down the name. I will try and get the info in the

next week. II do remember the constituents: Melatonin, 5htp, methionine,

b6,b12, and folic acid. I have not tried a Google search yet. -D
