Guest guest
Water before a meal saturates the GI tissues and does make you feel fuller. It also lubricates the mouth and throat so food does not stick as easily - but foods should still be moist, not dry. IF we are too tight in the morning a cup of hot fluid before breakfast or any meal does help open and relax ths stoma. Conversely, if we are a bit too loose, COLD fluids do the reverse. Lots of new things to learn, for sure!
