Guest guest
Hi all: I have multiple gallstones and have done the Liver flush once. Following several emails from this message boards I 'am also taking Milk-Thistle, A-F Beta good and Liver Clease Formula ( from Nature sunshine) supplements on daily basis. But I'am still having a discomfort around my gallbladder area and upper abdomen. Initially I had these pain only in evenings, now I'am getting them in the late mornings too. I hate to give up my gallbladder. Pls advise any herbs/medicine available on the Health Food Store to help me reduce the pain/discomfort. Thanking you much in advance, Best regards, Rajesh Venkkataram

Guest guest
Rajesh Venkkataram When you have gallstone discomforts, resist from eating hard to digest food for the meantime. This way, you are not adding activity to your problemed gall bladder. You may just drink water, or apple juice until the pains stop. If you can't resist from not eating, eat fruits instead. According to Hulda you can do a liver flush/cleanse every two weeks. You may have many more in the back of your gallbladder that need to come forward and get out. Did you prepare before you did the cleanse by doing at least a parasite cleanse? The kidney cleanse is important as well but you can do that right along and up until you do the cleanse again. Also, have you been diagnosed so that you are sure it is your gallbladder and not something else? Milk thistle is a good builder of your liver, but will not cleanse. It's always good to cleanse before you re-build so you aren't wasting your money on expensive supplements. And are you drinking enough water in-between meals to keep the toxins coming out? Are you having regular bowel movements according to how much you eat? Kind Regards, herbladie >
