Allergies due to a plugged up liver?

I've read that allergies and ultra sensitivity to chemicals and odors is

due to a liver that can not filter these things out. Is this true? So

if a person gets allergies in the spring time, when things are in bloom,

does that mean the liver is unable to filter out the pollen that gets

inside the body?

Just trying to figure all of this out.
