Does anyone have a good reason why? I experience no fatigue or detox

symptoms when I did my two liver flushes. Rest? Rest from what?

Hi Sponge,

It really depends on ones body. I do not have any detox symptoms from

liver flushing but if I am fasting I usually have some detox symptoms

for the first 5 days of so. If I do a liver cleanse as a start to fast,

I usually don't have any at all. Since cleaning out the liver usually

helps the liver process the toxins and avoiding the detox symptoms. I

really think it has to do with the state each body is in at the time of

the flush.

Again depending on the state ones body is in, if done too often and not

letting the body heal may be to much stress. You just have to go and

pace yourself and see what your body is saying. I personally have done

them 8-10 days apart for over 2.5-3 months and only had improving

results. Then backed off to where they were done every 6 months.

Listen to your body.

I should hope they are derived from aspergillus. This is my point; aspergillus

is not inherently evil, they perform their function and extremely well.

Funguses, molds, yeasts are very efficient at the breakdown of organic matter.

They therefore produce biochemicals that are very valuable. If you or I come

down with a lung infection it is not because of invasion of nasties but a chink

in our own armor. This is your or my responsibility. All this no fermented

foods derived from yeasts/funguses/bacteria only applies to specific individuals

in specific cases. So if I am writing a book with a protocol for whatever I

have to list these foods as either " no' or " avoid " , but in any individual

circumstance this may or may not be true. So here we all are with very specific

ailments searching for solutions. And now we run across " the problem is

dairy " , or the problem is " funguses " (don't eat mushrooms!), or " candida " (don't

drink beer or eat bread), etc. In some cases (not all) it will be advisable to

avoid exposure but the problem is still with us. We are out of whack. Why?

Most of the time we drunkenly stumbled through life not caring about where we

were headed until we arrived. Sometimes it is that jerk off chemical company

down the street that has been dumping the pesticides in the middle of the night.

It still does not matter. You and I need to assess where we are at and move

forward from here. How do we get back to balance? Some people will experience

great reduction in their symptoms by avoiding dairy, or wheat or whatever but

that in itself does not " heal " . It is like (it is) being in a relationship that

is uncomfortable and calling it quits to avoid the pain. It may in some

instances be the best thing but not always and it never " heals " a relationship.

Maybe taking digestive enzymes derived from funguses will work. maybe it is

becoming aware of where industry and government have lead us like sheep... And

then opting out of the path and seeking our own destiny.

This is not to belittle the temporary value in avoiding something that we

are reacting negatively to. In your case Fred you have seen great reduction in

your sinus symptoms since cutting out dairy. This has put you in a position

where you are doing liver/gallbladder cleanses, taking digestive enzymes and the

like. These changes are probably benefiting you in ways that you are not even

aware of yet (and if you are like me, may never be). Kudos, most Americans

would continue to have surgery after surgery downing drug after drug lamenting

their predicament. I will maintain however, that it is possible that the day

may come when we can share a bottle of wine (glass of rejuvalac if you don't

drink), break bread, and enjoy some sharp cheese. What is the answer? I don't

know, I just have a bucket of information heaped high with caring.

Most " plant based " digestive enzymes are derived from these two species of

aspergillus. This is all the work of Dr. Howells (Bless him) in the 40's

who is the guru of digestive enzymes. This is one of the " supplements " that I

think everyone would benefit from.

Always, in all ways, -Dave

I take lipase, protease, etc. Is aspergillus is these digestive

enzymes? I have not heard of aspergillus. Thanks.

OK, now that I have mentioned a nasty, one of my favorite supplements;

digestive enzymes. Yep, aspergillus orzea and aspergillus niger.

Guess what kind of lung conditions can be " caused " by members of the

aspergillus family.) They can and will, reek havoc upon the flora and

fauna of your digestive tract at a minimum. If you take them, be

prepared and make the necessary reparative plans.
