Guest guest
Congrats to you! I too, don't have gallstones. Never have. But I had a HIDA scan which showed low funtioning 19%.. I just don't get it. Do the flushes make the gallbladder function better. I was told 25% is the bottom norm. So Is there a way to close up that 6% gap. I am already taking 200mg /80% silymarin Milk Thistle. I am basically eatting very bland foods. Bread, cereal Quaker oat squares, oatmeal, soy milk, salads and chicken baked or grilled) raw veggies and bananas...I drink only water and 100% apple juice... What am i doing wrong? WHAT else should I take? thanks angie
Guest guest
The only thing I would are to your regime would be A-F Betafood tablets from Standard Process. The reason I say this is (1) they work for me, and (2) a doctor has reported that he has reduced the amount of GB surgeries he does by 95% after putting his patients on this. Amber > Congrats to you! Guest guest
How threatening to a doctor to know that it may be possible to expel stones with the simple aids that are used in this group. Most doctors have closed minds..and do not want to know these things. anne
Guest guest
Yikes! Your diet sounds to me like the diet that gave me my problems in the first place. I highly recommend (at the very least) eliminating the soy, checking for food allergies/ intolerances, and adding quality coconut oil, cod liver oil, and fermented foods. You need to completely avoid trans fats and processed oils, but make sure you get plenty of good fats in your diet. The fermented foods, like raw sauerkraut, will help you digest fats. Check out the cookbook Nourishing Traditions for recipes like beet kvass and kombucha. These are fermented drinks that will help your liver. > > Congrats to you! I too, don't have gallstones.
