Guest guest
I wonder if eating two large meals a day would help you empty your gallbladder more completely at each meal. I feel like sometimes I just snack too much and my gallbladder doesn't empty properly. You would definitely have to make sure you eat enough fat at those two meals to help you stay satisfied and avoid getting low blood sugar. ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Mobile. Guest guest
That is an interesting thought. I think I should add that if I remember correctly, Pastor Prince mentioned about snacking during the day as well. I don't think he meant just two meals morning and night and no other food at all. I did read on curezone that if you want to really empty your gallbladder to use a coffee enema. But before you do please read in depth about enemas first. I did one very mild one and I am not sure exactly what it did. It did seem that my gallbladder felt better. Also I have notice that my urine has not been so yellow. I also saw a thick organish substance. I don't know if this is the sludge that some people talk about that can develop in the gallbladder or not. As far as the gallbladder not emptying properly, I would think that you might need to consider if you have some kind of blockage, possibly from a stone, or you might want to consider that you need a supplement (herbal remedy) to help your gallbladder to function properly. I have mentioned on this group " Serrapeptase " because in my research there was studies that claimed this herb can cause a bad gallbladder to come back to life. --- In gallstones , Agnew <stephabrewer@...> wrote: > > I wonder if eating two large meals a day would help you empty your gallbladder more completely at each meal.
