Guest guest
Please only supporters wanted here. I have already listed on a previous post, other groups that are for debate. So getting back to letting others know what I have done so far. I have not yet been able fully adhere to any liver flush formula, especially in regards with going without food. Now some years ago when I first tried the olive oil and lemon flush I was doing anywhere from 2 tablespoon of each; to 1/4 cup of each. I was doing this every night for a week and after about a week I had a bunch of green and stones. Unfortunately I stopped because of fear tactics. I had felt better but in a short time I had the pain and pressure under my rib cage on the right side. Recently I had tried again, but I have only done it one night and then skipped a few. It's been hard trying to get the oil down. I then tried instead of going without food to drinking apple juice all day. That had some interesting results. First was some very intense diarrhea. Then I thought I would drink some epsom salts to help, after reading how it dialates the ducts. Well my experience was some very strange looking and smelling feces. I remember hearing somewhere about someone talking about doing a flush and finding popcorn in their stool, and yet they had not had any popcorn in over a month. Besides that I also felt sick, sort of like I was poisoned with something. After reading a number of post both here and at curezone I think that alot of toxins must have gotten flushed out. Well in the end I had drank close to 3 gallons of apple juice before I tried to flush. I didn't really see any stones but even with drinking juice I still had to eat at least one meal a day. I have felt a whole lot better even though I still have had that pressure and pain. The pain is not mind plowing but it is irratating that it is still there. Next I have been trying some enemas. I started out with just purified water, nothing else. Since I tend to be careful with trying anything new. In fact I will usually always start at a much smaller dose than anything recommended just to see how my body is going to react to it. I would rather have a reaction with a small dose of something, that way it is easier to deal with any adverse effects. Lastly I have tried a coffee and epsom salt(ES) enema. Using about a teaspoon of coffee and a half a teaspoon of ES. I found this to be very interesting that that a thick organgish sludge came out with mucus. I thought this was interesting since I had stopped eating last night by about 3pm and did a water enema around 8pm to clean me out. So I wasn't expecting to see anything. My side is feeling a bit better after this coffee enema. I think there could be one thing worse that anyone could do, that would be not to try. I may not be able to fully full fill a flush, but I still recieve many benefits from my efforts. So I would encourage anyone who is considering flushes or enemas - to try.
