Guest guest
Hello, your symptoms sound exactly like mine. I had the HIDA scan. I was told that my Gallbladder was low functioning at 17. I had heartburn a bunch at first until I started taking milk thistle and changed my eat ting habits. Basically, no red meat,no sugar, sodas, and no fried foods of any kind. I was told by a surgeon, that I probably should get my GB out. He said if an organ is low functioning that means it isn't working the way it should. So why keep it. So , i opted to see if I could keep my GB and start using supplements to support my liver and GB. Hope this helps some. Angie
Guest guest
A flush is not impossible. I have had the same pains and did many flushes to get rid of stones. I had not done a flush in a long time and decided to do one last month and I got out lots of stones. If you do it right you should not have any problems. The one thing I learned years ago was to add 1/2 cup of tomato juice to the olive oil and lemon juice and it will go down easier and stay down. Just be sure to lay on the right side and so it can get over to the liver and GB area. My suggestion is to do some kind of reflexology first and castor oil packs to loosen them and make the removal easier. This is what I did also. Get on more raw vegetable juices and leave all fried greasy foods alone to help the removal of this. I found that eating more natural foods helped me. > > Hello All, > I am new to the group. Guest guest
Questions: 1) What is reflexology? 2) What are castor oil packs and how do you use them? Thanks. > > > > Hello All, > > I am new to the group. I've been dealing with a painful gallbladder > for > > a couple of years but at first wasn't sure if it was gallbladder, > > ulcer, or hernia. Guest guest
What is reflexology? It is stimulating the reflexes on the bottom of the feet as they go to the whole body. Here is a very interesting chart on this and just roll your mouse over it and then read the list at the bottom to see where it is related. I have had this done and know it works great for healing. http://www.dorlingkindersley-uk.co.uk/static/cs/uk/11/features/reflexolo\ gy/footchart.html <http://www.dorlingkindersley-uk.co.uk/static/cs/uk/11/features/reflexol\ ogy/footchart.html> Castor oil packs are necessary to help soften the liver and allow the stones to pass out of the body. You take a bottle of Castor oil and rub on the tummy area of the liver/gb. Take a cotton or piece of wool cloth and soak it in the Castor oil also. Lay this over the coated area. Then place a piece of plastic over this and lay a heating pad on this. Get it as hot as you can tolerate and lower to cool, do this for about an hour to drive the Castor oil into the body. When you are finished rub this area with a cold wet wash cloth to close the pores. This is done after the reflexology treatment. Then at night you want to make the olive oil and lemon and tomato juice mix and set by the bed side. You take 1 cup olive oil, 1/2 c lemon juice, and 1/2 cup tomato juice and shake vigorously in a jar to mix. This is drank just before laying down for the night. You want to do this before each flush too for better removal of stones. > > > > A flush is not impossible. Guest guest
I do the flushes now without the reflexology and the castor oil. For the most part, I follow Moritz's protocol. Can I do the reflexology yourself or does it require someone else to do it? When do you do the castor oil packs? I do the EVOO/grapefruit at 10:00pm. Thanks. > > > > > > A flush is not impossible. Guest guest
I guess you could do the reflexology yourself. As you see from the chart the GB point is on the right sole of the right foot, right under the next to little toe. Just press on the area and you will find the sore spot and believe me it will be sore. There is a meridian that runs all the way up the side of the foot and leg up to the point of the GB. I have seen this worked and tons of stones removed. What this does is stimulate the whole meridian to cause the emptying of stones. Here is a chart of this too. Note where the GB is and then the meridian for it. http://theamt.com/modules.php?name=News & file=article & sid=211 One man was supposed to have surgery for the removal of his Gb but he refused and had this done. It saved his GB. I am sure you can do the Grapefruit instead of the lemon. I understand the lemon is more powerful acid wise. I have done both and gone back to the lemon but may be it is an individual matter too. Do the Castor oil packs on the evening of the flush. You can do that in the evening and later take the mix. > > > > > > > > A flush is not impossible. Guest guest
That is a lot of olive oil! Moritz protocol calls for 4 oz of olive oil and 6 oz of grapefruit juice. I thought Hulda 's protocol was similar, but I am not sure. Am I not using enough olive oil? > > > > > > A flush is not impossible. Guest guest
Are you getting results with what you are using? This is what you want to think about. If you are then you dont need more. Do what is working best for you. That is what I would do. > > > > > > > > A flush is not impossible. Guest guest
I just checked and Hulda also suggests 4 ozs. Chang (SensibleHealth.com) advocates 8 ozs. Is there such a thing as too much? Hulda says to ozonate it for 20 minutes for best results. I have no idea what that means. > > > > > > > > > > A flush is not impossible. Guest guest
You dont have to ozonate. I never did. Eight ounces of oil is not too much. It is extra virgin olive oil and it is very good for the liver. Just that you dont use that much every day. Everyone has a different idea it seems, but they work. What ozonate means is there is a machine that you can put ozone into the oil. Ozone is oxygen in concentration. > > > > > > > > > > > > A flush is not impossible. Guest guest
Hi~I've tried the 8 oz. of olive oil and 4 oz. grapefruit and it was too much oil for me.....kept it down 5 hours and up it came! Hulda's works well for me, with the 3/4 c. grapefruit and 1/2 c. olive oil. Got tons of stones out and will do it again and again until they're gone and then will do it at least twice a year. Changed my eating habits 3 years ago and so I hope I'm not adding anymore! I don't zap or ozonate anything either, just too lazy. I am sold on the flush thing and very seldom get pain anymore under my right rib. herbladie > > You dont have to ozonate. I never did. Eight ounces of oil is not too > much. Guest guest
You say that it is suppose to be sore. It is not for me. Perhaps I am not massaging the area correctly. What is the technique? How hard to press? etc. Thanks. > > > > > > > > > > A flush is not impossible. Guest guest
Massage around the area till you find a sore spot, because you will find one. It is down on the pad about an inch or a little more. Try also the top of the foot on that area too. Use your thumb to do this. Press till you find the sore spot and press as much as it tolerable to you. If some else does it will be more painful but they can also do what you can stand. The bone one the front of the leg, to the right about an inch is the meridian that you will also find for this and it will be sore. Hope this helps. > > > > > > > > > > > > A flush is not impossible. Guest guest
I've tried the Hulda cleanse and the cleanse where you drink the apple juice for 3 days and then do the cup of oil with epson salts and grapefruit. I preferred the 1/2 cup of oil because it was super hard to get all that oil down. I actually was able to hold it down for 5 hours, then it all came back up! I can do the Hulda cleanse no problem, tho. I guess try them both and see what works for you. Just my opinion :~) Even without a gallbladder one should still do a few cleanses a year. The stones may build up in the liver, and I for one don't feel well when my liver feels (is) toxic. herbladie Re: Re: congested gallbladder flush
