Yes, it does, but you'd have to take a lot of them to equal what you would get

in liquid form.

Can anyone tell me if there is anyway to get olive oil in capsule form? ... I

have tried a couple of times and can't get

the olive oil down, did the straw, mixed with grapefruit juice, etc. flyingn

Call a health food store, or do a www.google search for an on-line source. I

seriously doubt this is the way to go, however. If you want to do a flush,

you'll probably have to drink the liquid. I expect your resolve to do it

relates to how uncomfortable you are. This reminds me of a friend who had leg

sores and didn't follow through with treatment because it " hurt. " She ended up

losing the leg! If you have been confirmed as having gallstones and are having

some discomfort/pain, you might need to just buck up and do it. I think if that

woman had a chance to go back and treat her leg sores in spite of the pain,

she'd much rather do it.

Thanks Amber.....now, would you know where I can purchase the olive oil

capsules? I haven't been able to locate them.

I completely agree with you Amber. The oil in the caps might take

too long to open, especially with an alkaline gut. And I think the

caps might work differently than the liquid. Maybe you could sip it

more slowly. Hulda said you can take up to 15 min. to get it down,

but I would think you could take longer if that's what it takes. Try

not to eat any fat that day, either, or eat anything after 2 P.M. The

oil mixture tastes better when you're hungry! I have held the oil

down 5 hours before it came back up, and I think I still got benefit

from it. Sometimes it's just hard to do, but you must set your mind

to it if you want to get well!!

Thanks for your help and advise. I don't have gallstones, as far as I know,

but I am 70 years old and expect that a good cleanse could only be

beneficial. Bucking up is something I can and have done in every area with

the exception of swallowing and, as I said, I've tried to get it down and it

just comes right back up. My husband can chug it down but understands

(having lived with me for 50 years) since I have never been able to swallow

even cough syrup. Maybe that's the reason I'm so healthy. LOL

We have something else in common. I just turned 70 in Feb. Sorry you have

problems in swallowing. If you can't swallow the oil, I wonder why you think

you could swallow numerous oil capsules. I don't know how to equal liquid oil

to oil capsules, but I do know that it takes 18 capsules of flax oil to equal 1

tablespoon. That's a heck of a lot of capsules for not much oil. I must assume

the same ratio for olive oil. I don't know how long it would take for the

capsules to dissolve. Doesn't sound like a good method to me.

At that ratio it would take way too long to swallow enough capsules to equal

the liquid. Thanks so much for your time and concern. This is a special

group doing worlds of good.
