new here and few questions about big gallstones

I have done few gallbladder flushes. the first flushes produced

several small stones but lately I dont get any stone out. I have skin

problems, eczema, adult acne and psoriasis and tiredness.

I guess the stones are big and stuck. Is there any way to dislove them

so that they finally move out in the next cleanse?
