I did a salivary test last week, and I did stop taking my adrenal

supplement for that day. I reasoned that I didn't want it to read what

I was taking ... but what I was making! :)

That would be a good idea Ed. i would stop them for 24 hours before you do the test, and make sure you do the test on a busy day - as you want to measure your stress levels.

my thoughts exactly - except what is now normal given that we've

gotten used to adrenal supplements ie is there a rebound perhaps?

i'll ask the ntech folk tomorrow.

on a separate note below is a picture taken from the geratherm

thermometer instructions showing where to place the thermometer

tip (in the bracketed area) and the temperature variations - so be

aware where under the tongue you put it!

(the x's are teeth - hope it displays ok)

Nope - you would need to put it into Rich Text Ed or alternatively, copy it and upload it to the Files.
