I'm sure you'll get lots of varying information here. I had my one and only

GB attack March 12, 2006. Did 3 flushes. I work with an N.D. and she told

me to not do any more flushes and to let my body rest. I've passed hundred

of stones. Originally they were the size of hominy, then the size of corn

kernels. A few were 3/4 inch. Passed them every day for over a year! Then

it went down to several times a week, and not to nothing. I've had two

sonograms which show I still have stones, however, I do not have any

problems. If I get an occasional discomfort in the GB area, I take A-F

Betafood tablets from Standard Process Labs. I've severely limited meet and

egg consumption. Many people will have one GB attack and never have another

one. Sounds like digestive enzymes might be good for you.

Subject: How Many Flushes to Do?

Hi. I was wondering how many flushes I should do. Do you keep

doing

them until you don't get any gallstones?

I've done two so far, 16 days apart.

On the first one I got about 200 gallstones, mostly pea sized or lentil

sized, but a couple were almost as big as a nickel. And there were lots

of much smaller ones which I deemed too little to count.

For my second flush (which I did yesterday/today and am still

counting), I have about 100 so far (with more to come, I'm assuming).

So, should I keep doing flushes until I don't see any gallstones

anymore? I am healthy and I don't actually experience very many

symptons. The main thing is bloating and looking like I'm 3 months

pregnant at the end of the day. And just a general feeling that there

is something amiss with my digestion. But other than that, I probably

don't have a lot of the other symptons that some people might have.

Thanks.

The first flush (200 stones): I felt awesome. I felt lighter and like a

weight had been lifted out of my gut.

My second flush (100 stones): I feel normal. Didn't get that euphoric

feeling that I got with my first one.
