I agree with that, I am hypertensive and I have been using gray salt

for my adrenals and on my food, totally cutting out the white table

salt and I have seen my bp lower (not due to that alone) but it

certainly doesn't go up. In fact I believe it is great for keeping me

hydrated and balancing my electrolytes.

Ive just ordered some. I also take high dose Co Q10. What else are you doing to lower the BP?
