For those still in the whey... Mercola just had a new article in his newsletter

exclaiming the " benefits " of whey protein. This is definitely one of those

areas where everyone needs to educate themselves and then make their best

decision by wheying both sides (sorry, couldn't help myself). We are probably

all going to agree on non fermented soy. Except for Archer Midlands,

Cargill, Monsanto,... -D

Subject: Whey and Soy info

Just got this note back from my N.D. I sent her the posts about whey and soy.

>I have not read much negative whey info. I will research it though. I do

agree with the soy info. It is dangerous stuff. The effects to male children are

overwhelming. It makes sense to avoid estrogen dominance. Lakes and streams are

at danger due to the huge volume of estrogen flushed down toilets. We are seeing

loss of male fish species, resulting in the loss of entire fish species. Scary

stuff. Thanks for the info. I will look into it.>

Thanks for doing that Amber. I'm open to all the info I can get. The

more research I do makes me believe that it really is all about the big

buck and most will do anything to keep their product out there. Look

at the sugar industry??!

I do agree with the soy info. It is dangerous stuff. The effects to

male children are overwhelming. It makes sense to avoid estrogen

dominance. Lakes and streams are at danger due to the huge volume of

estrogen flushed down toilets. We are seeing loss of male fish species,

resulting in the loss of entire fish species.

I'm forwarding notes on this subject to my N.D. I'm sure she'll be

interested in reading them.
