...getting scared...FLOODS

I'm getting very scared. I live on he Pennin Way and we have a stream running just outside our front door with the road bridge going over it.. The level of water is so high it is now starting to overflow. The Penning Way opposite us comes down a steep grassy bank and the pathway ends in 4 steps down onto the road. This pathway is like a gushing stream and the water flowing from it is a tremendous waterfall. It is VERY scary and the little foot bridge just down the road from us is already under water. We have had it bad before, but never this bad.
