Hi,

I've had a really hard few days, to recap I stopped my medication for

a week to commence NAE and I am now up to 3 a day. I have been back on

my 75 mcg levothyroxine for 2 weeks and back up to full dose of 10 mcg

T3 for 10 days. My endo introduced the T3 back on 4th Jan. However, I

just don't seem to be getting any better apart from an improvement in

my skin after starting the T3, but this then seemed to drop off. since

going back on all meds I just aren't picking up. Can have maybe one

day where I think there is an improvement but then following day feel

bad again. Symptoms at the moment are cramp like pains in thighs, arms

feeling weak and haevy, wobbly legs, irritable, went to visit my

mother yesterday, could hardly hold a conversation together I felt so

tired, I eventually came round as it was time to leave. These feelings

of tiredness seem to suddenley come over me when I think I am having a

good day and the bam I'm having a bad day. Two weeks after starting T3

I had an episode of palpitations during the night. I contacted endo

about this and he did'nt think it was related to T3, however I wasn't

convinced so I started the NAE as backup, he ordered more TFT's to put

my mind at rest which were done on 12th Feb, for which I have not

received results. Does anyone think it would be out of order if I

contact him today and as if it is possible for an increase in my dose,

I don't think I can wait until the end of the month, I am going on

holiday with my hubby and kids in two weeks and really hoped that by

then I would have been feeling better, it's so hard coping in the

school holidays when you feel so drained. Sheila and Gill I think you

know who my endo is Gill (thurgo lady) you see the same one as me I

would welcome your thoughts.

Love Lizzie
