AFO Cost - to Greg

I just got rigid plastic, non-hinged AFOs in June from a

" preferred provider " under my insurance plan. The invoice was

$1256, but since the charges were over and above what the

insurance company considered to be usual and customary, the

charges got reduced to $772. I ended up paying 80% of that

for $154. The AFO's were expensive - I'm glad I have good

insurance.
