books on CMT

Sharon,

First off, here is a link to Paolo's book on Rehabilitation Management

of CMT. The page has ordering information, reviews, info about the

author and the table of contents listed. The book is excellent

As for that CMT Sourcebook, I haven't read it yet (it is in my 'stack'!)

and I was asking anyone in the group if they had read it. When I get to

it I'll let you and everyone know. It too had the table of contents

listed.
