Guest guest
Hey Guys, I know several of us have expressed frustration at hitting plateaus this month, myself included, but I wanted to share what I consider to be my 1st mini success. I say my 1st because I had been losing weight without really having to look at what I eat or exercising beyond my fairly active lifestyle - NOT this month! This was the first month where I really felt that band being a tool thing. I watched my calories exercised at least 2 times a week and lost 6 lbs, which was my goal for the month! It was kind of slow going because my body was not wanting to let go of it and I definitely kept going up and down on the scales, but I am very pleased with this progress. It's even sweeter since I feel like I tackled this one " on my own. " I am now at my lowest weight ever since high school!! The good thing... there's still room for improvement! Anyway, just thought I'd share! I'm pretty excited! Thanks for listening, 225.5/182.5/
Guest guest
Good for you, . That gives me hope. My weight loss is at a snail's pace but I know I could do better and you just proved that to me. I just need to hunker down and do like you did and DO IT. Thanks for the inspiration.
