Starting Nutri Adrenals tomorrow (Sunday)

Hi Sheila and everyone,

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I did have an appointment with Dr Burrows on Tuesday but I have

cancelled it as I have decided to start on Nutri Adrenals before I see

him in order to give my adrenals a chance before any thyroid

medication. I will book an appointment with him later on in the month

instead.

I have a couple of questions:

1 Will the Nutri Adrenals affect any tests Dr Burrows might do?

2 How should I best start on the Nutri Adrenals? I seem to remember

people suggesting starting small and increasing slowly. Could you give

me a rough idea on how best to proceed? Thanks so much.

I also start a strict anti candida diet on Monday so I am going to have

to be strong. Think of me!
