Hi,There is a very interesting article in the Sunday Times Style magazineabout Hair Loss. The new Ferritin level to help protect your hair isnow 80ng/ml, so anyone below that is at risk. There are also somedietary tips, but the most interesting of all concerns T3. ApparentlyA Dr. Maurice Katz, Consultant Endocrinologist at University CollegeHospital, is looking into the effect of T3 on the hair follicles. Theyare investigating whether applying T3 topically might counteract hairloss. Apparently T3 was given to soldiers in the Second World War toassist in the healing of wounds!!!
