Maretindales Pharmacy - Pure thyroxine

Hi Everybody

One of our members is unable to take synthetic thyroxine or natural thyroid extract and her endocorinologist has recommended that she try the pure thyroxine that is only available from dale's Pharmacy. dales only distribute their products to Tesco Pharmacy and another (which I have forgotten). She has been to Tesco in Bradford two weeks ago with the prescription, but as of today, they have not yet ordered it - seems they are not sure what to do.

Is there any member here who are also taking the pure thyroxine from dales, and if so, please can you tell me how you get it so that the information can be passed on to this particular branch of Tesco's. She is, as you can imagine, getting quite desperate for this now.
